When the Questions Tell You Someone Did Their Homework
I’ve done enough interviews to know when someone is simply moving through a list of questions.
This wasn’t that.
Sina put real care into this conversation. You could hear it in the questions themselves, the way they built on one another, the way she made room for nuance, the way the conversation felt like she was actually listening instead of waiting for the next prompt.
Easily one of my top five favorite interviews.
Not because every question was easy.
Because they were thoughtful.
There’s something special about sitting across from someone who has taken the time to understand what you’re trying to say before asking you to say more.
I appreciated that. A lot. 🤎
