The competition raises funds for Action Initiative Team (AIT), which grants funds to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation after competition fees and costs. Under the supplied rules, those deductions include a 36.5% competition fee, variable costs and a 1% amount retained by AIT. Donations are optional and non-refundable. Review the official disclosures before donating.
No. October 15 is the Top 20 cutoff. Later rounds continue through the Finals, which end December 10. The winner is scheduled to be announced on or before January 15, 2027.
